Ever since I picked up the all manual SLR of my father at the age of 12 years I was in love with photography. The expression, the observation, the play of forms, light and composition. And the effect on the people photographed.
This is also what returned me to photography after a small excursion into science and a PhD in medical physics – showing people how wonderful they are. How glowing, how powerful – gifting them with an experience that will forever change their lifes.
